A talk by Philip Abbott, Archives and Records Manager for the Royal Armouries in Leeds, on Sir Athur Conan Doyle’s campaign to save the lives of British Tommies’, an exploration of inventions by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and some local inventions. This talk is part of our For King and Country exhibition, commemorating the region's involvement in the First World War.
The talk starts at 2pm and will last roughly an hour with an opportunity for questions. Refreshments available to purchase at the Museum.
