Heritage Open Days at Bankfield Museum

Bankfield Museum will be opening up to visitors on Sunday 14th September to give visitors to the area an opportunity to step inside the grand italianate mansion and enjoy the variety of its exhibitions programme, Costume Drama, located in the Fashion Gallery, an exhibition that brings together a host of costumes from the world of TV and film costume drama, Let's go Shopping! a nostalgic glimpse into the Calderdale high street of yesterday, Animals in Art featuring artworks from Calderdale’s collections and HERDS, an exhibition of work by local school children looking at the challenges animals are facing due to climate change.
