Sat 01 AugOnline Entry Portal - coming soonThe Calderdale Open Art Exhibition is returning in 2026. Open to all amateur and professional artists who are invited to submit original artwork in any 2D format (e.g. paintings, drawings, photography, digital art, textiles). Successful entries will be displayed at Smith Art Gallery.

Our artists will be running creative making sessions on the first Saturday of the month, using a range of materials and techniques.
Multiple DatesTue 04 AugBankfield MuseumTuesday 4 August, 10am to 11am or 11.30am to 12.30pm Get hands-on with air dry clay to create beautiful, everlasting flowers. Children will shape, press and add texture to their designs, experimenting with different techniques to bring their creations to life.
