Summer Craft Sessions: Wet Felting

This event takes place at Bankfield Museum

Looking for something fun to do with the kids this summer? Look no further! We have a range of activities during the summer holidays to get involved in.

Discover the magic of felting in this summer landscape themed workshops and learn how to make your own handmade felt picture using an array of colourful sheep’s wool. These wet felting sessions will let you get wet and woolly to create a masterpiece to take home to dry.

These workshops will involve water, soap and your hands/arms getting very wet.

In each session, all materials are provided, and you will have a new creation to take home at the end.

Suitable for children from 5 to 12 years.

One ticket per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults do not need tickets.

Please note this event will be held in our Education Room, which is located on the first floor of Bankfield Museum. Please contact museum.learning@calderdale.gov.uk to discuss any access needs.
