About the event

Friday 30 October, 10am to 11am, 11.30am to 12.30pm, or 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Create your own haunting Halloween lantern! Children will design and make a beautiful gothic silhouette lantern, using cutting, layering and decorative techniques to create eerie Halloween scenes. Perfect for lighting up a windowsill or table, these atmospheric lanterns make a fantastic Halloween decoration to take home and enjoy.

Fancy dress is welcome, but please be aware that crafting can get a little messy!

Suitable for ages 4 and upwards.

Booking is essential. £5 per ticket. One ticket per child.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults do not need tickets.

Please note this event will be held in our Education Room, which is located on the first floor of Bankfield Museum. Please contact museum.learning@calderdale.gov.uk to discuss any access needs.
