About the event

Light up your half term with a creative adventure! Join us at Bankfield Museum for a brilliantly bright children’s craft workshop where young makers will design and build their very own paper lantern.

Children will explore colour, pattern and texture as they transform simple materials into glowing works of art. Whether they choose bold paint-pen designs, delicate dried flowers or colourful tissue collages… the results will be uniquely theirs!

Suitable for ages 4+. All tools and materials needed to complete this craft will be provided.

One ticket per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults do not need tickets.

Please note this event will be held in our Education Room, which is located on the first floor of Bankfield Museum. Please contact museum.learning@calderdale.gov.uk to discuss any access needs.
