Summer Craft Sessions: Screen Printing

About the event
Roll up your sleeves and get ready for a burst of colour! This August, Bankfield Museum invites young artists to dive into the exciting world of screen printing.
Children will experiment with bold shapes, vibrant inks and simple techniques to bring their own designs to life. From pulling the squeegee to revealing their print, each step is packed with creativity and hands-on fun.
All workshops are led by our brilliant Learning Team with all materials are provided, and you will have a new creation to take home at the end.
⚠️ Please note: This is a messy workshop with a risk of staining. Aprons will be provided, but we advise children to wear old clothes.
Booking is essential - are there are two slots per activity to choose from. Tickets are £5 and children must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults do not need tickets. Suitable for ages 4+.
This event will be held in our Education Room, which is located on the first floor of Bankfield Museum. Please contact museum.learning@calderdale.gov.uk to discuss any access needs.
